"Last March, Cassandra Sampson arrived at the Beth Israel Deaconess medical center to be treated for a migraine headache. When Sampson admitted to 'self destructive impulses,' she was admitted to the psychatric unit, where she was forcibly stripped over her clothing 'for security purposes.' Sampson, a childhood sexual abuse survivor, begged to be allowed to keep her clothing but was ignored. Instead, five male guards held her down."
